Martina Hamilton Collections website operates a privacy pledge that the information you submit to us name, address, e-mail address and billing details, is done so in the strictest confidence. It will be used for the sole purpose of processing your transactions with us. The information will not be used for any other purpose. The information will not be sold, traded, shared or passed under any circumstances to a third party.

SECURE On-Line Payments

All On-Line Credit Card transactions on this site are conducted via the internationally recognized Stripe and Paypal payment service. These services process electronic payments between you and us. We do not receive or retain financial information from you or from Stripe Payments or from PayPal.

PayPal Information

Both Stripe and PayPal accept all major credit cards. You do not need a PayPal Account to use their services on this site.

APPLE PAY is also available for customers using mobile devices.

Payment Cancellation Information

Your payment is tendered through Stripe or Paypal on placement of your order. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us by phone on 00353-7191-43377 or by email and quote your name and order number. If your order has not already been shipped we will be able to reverse your purchase in total through the Stripe or PayPal Payment service. If your purchase has already been shipped we will offer you a full refund as per our Returns Policy (See Below).

Delivery

On receipt of payment orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days.

Please Note that for ring purchases involving Ring Sizing, Stone Setting and other personalized commission work can involve up to two weeks before dispatch. Should we anticipate a lead in period in excess of this we will contact you with this information.

Shipping on orders is via An Post and all shipping is free of charge world wide on this site.

Your parcel will be sent as registered post and accordingly will be insured. Where all correct delivery details details were provided by the customer, in the very rare instance where an order fails to be delivered we will seek recovery of it’s value from the postal service contracted.

When your order is dispatched we will notify you with a tracking order which you can use to track the progress of your order.

VAT / NON EU IMPORT AND other taxes

Prices charged on this website are inclusive of Irish VAT. No additional VAT or Taxes are charged on orders placed within the EU for destinations to other EU Countries.

Orders placed by customers from within the EU and from outside the EU, being sent to destination outside of the EU may be subject to additional import taxes which relevant tax authorities may collect from the order recipient on or before final delivery.

Processing and collection of import taxes by relevant authorities in non EU country’s may cause delays in receiving your order.

Please Note: Payment of non EU additional taxes or excise duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy

At Martina Hamilton we operate an extensive Return Of Goods Policy, to provide you with greater comfort and security whilst shopping with us.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned to us within 30 days of dispatch and are eligible for a full refund, an exchange or an in-store credit to the value of the original order, at the customers preference. In order to qualify for a refund / voucher, the goods must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging. Please include a copy of the invoice or delivery docket you received with the goods.

Refunds will be made via the Stripe or Paypal service you originally used and sent directly to the customer account used to create the original purchase. We cannot refund amounts to a different / third party account other than the one used to make the original payment.

Please note: Special Made-to-Order commissions and personalized items are non-returnable on a change of mind basis.

Martina Hamilton Collections do not accept responsibility for goods stolen, lost or damaged during return. We strongly advise customers to insure returns against loss or damage.

In the highly unlikely event of an order being returned due to defect or damage Martina Hamilton Collection will include the price of insured return postage in your refund. Please contact us before returning damaged or defective items so we can advise you on postage.
