As our jewellery collections are directly inspired by living life about as far west as it gets, we thought what better way to celebrate our attendance at Ireland's National Maritime Festival this year than by sponsoring this very special competition prize in association with Look West.

Look West will have a Marquee Exhibition tent at Sea Fest with a line-up of keynote speakers, fun performances, and ashowcase of West of Ireland products and businesses all inspired by the sea and surfing culture.

Martina is delighted to be included as a keynote speaker alongside an amazing array of people; champion surfers like Easkey Britton and Barry Mottershead, business people like Ashleigh Smith, founder of the Atlantic Equipment Project and Oonagh Herbert of the Secret Life of Plastic as well as chef and blogger Finn Ní Fhaoláin. There will be opportunities to ‘meet and greet’ speakers and businesses in LookWest.ie’s showcase area from 10am – 6pm during each day of Sea Fest.

Ireland’s national maritime festival, takes place this year in Galway on Friday 30th of June to Sunday 2nd of July.

It was an absolute pleasure to meet our Bloom in the Park Competition Winner today. Laura Goonan was able to call in to us in Sligo to collect her Nebula Pendant. and signed copy of the bestselling book "Dream Gardens" by Bloom award winning designer Leonie Cornelius. Sincerest congratulations to Laura. 

It was a real treat for us to run the competition to celebrate our first year attending Bloom, made all the more exciting when Leonie took first prize in the small garden design category during Ireland's largest garden festival. Leonie of course had modeled the collections for us during our recent photo shoot on Edenreagh Strand in Sligo.

We're going to Bloom!

Martina Hamilton and Leonie Cornelius on their recent photo shoot on Edenreagh Strand, County Sligo.

Sligo friends Martina Hamilton and Leonie Cornelius are getting ready for Bloom which opens in Dublin's Phoenix park on June 1st.

Martina is attending Bloom for the first time, exhibiting her collections at DCCOI Craft Village, Stand 5..

Leonie's show garden Everyone has a Dream is created in association with Woodies. Leonie is one of the country’s best known garden designers through her appearances as a judge on RTE’s Super Garden, the gardening slot on the Today Show and her regular column in the Irish Mail on Sunday.  Dream Gardens her first book is published by Mercier Press.

Martina and Leonie collaborated on a photo shoot earlier this year on Edenreagh Strand in north Sligo (See the photos here) . To celebrate the two Sligo designers  being at Bloom Leonie and Martina have a brilliant giveaway for you
